[20120725] HPSP-15, Montpellier, France

XVth Conference on High Pressure Semiconductors Physics
Wednesday – Friday, July 25 - 27, 2012
Montpellier, France

The HPSP-15 is a satellite of the International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors (ICPS 2012) to be held in Zurich (Switzerland) during the following week. It continues a series of international conferences that are the premier forum for reporting research results in high pressure devoted to semiconductor materials. The aim of HPSP is to allow young and advanced researchers from different fields to meet together for a single-session conference to present and discuss their latest results in the field of application of high pressure and other forms of high stress in the study of semiconductors. The HPSP-15 conference will review, in particular, the latest advances and developments in the study of nano-structured semiconductor materials and devices using high pressure techniques. Papers on both traditional bulk and low-dimensional systems are also welcomed.
