During the AIRAPT General Assembly on October 2, 2025 at the Joint AIRAPT/ACHPR/HPCJ Conference September 28 – October 3, 2025 in Matsuyama, Japan, the election of new members of the AIRAPT Executive Committee (ExC) will take place, to replace 6 current members who will retire at the end of this Conference.

In order to nominate someone for one of the ExC positions, three AIRAPT Members should separately fill out the Information Sheet attached and send this sheet in PDF format to the AIRAPT Secretary secretary@airapt.org, President president@airapt.org, and Webmaster webmaster@airapt.org by August 28, 2025 for full consideration, but at the latest by 12 noon (Japan Standard Time) on September 28, 2025. The ExC will meet at the Conference on Monday, September 29, to select 6 of those nominated to recommend to the General Assembly on October 2.
